Boss Digital were contacted by LRC to develop their public website, as well as a Member Services IOS, Android and Web App, to provide a suite of online self-service tools and improved communication tools to better serve their Members.


Boss Digital designed and developed a modern and mobile-responsive public website, as well as a private members' website and mobile apps, using Facebook React Native's app development framework.

This allowed Boss Digital to create a suite of member services available on the web, iOS, and Android apps in one project. The app is completely tailored and customized for the LRC members, enabling them to utilize the club services at their fingertips.

The app gives members the ability to check their account statement, update their personal details, address, communication preferences, and interests within the club. It provides members with the capability to book facilities, view upcoming events, reserve the spa, borrow library books, and search, browse, and filter promotions, events, and club notices. Members can also send inquiries for coaching, kids' classes, and private functions via the app to the relevant LRC staff.

The app has the feature to send targeted push notifications to members based on their interests or sections of the clubs they are a part of. We're now in the era where "one to all" communications are no longer effective. This app allows more direct communication to members using their preferences that can be set in the app.

The app gives club staff the ability to create, publish, and promote upcoming events, notices, and promotions to members through push notifications and/or email. Additionally, the app reduces labor costs, as reservations and administrative tasks are streamlined with self-service 24-hour booking tools. The LRC app is running smoothly and has provided the club with the capability to increase member engagement, boost online bookings, and enhance LRC member services.
